Terms of Service

General
•  I may decline any commission for any reason, including no reason at all.
•  I may post my work on my social media accounts (such as YouTube and Bandcamp), and use my work as part of my portfolio the moment I have completed my part unless agreed otherwise.
•  You may not post WIPs of my work publicly unless I have explictly stated you can do so. I may do so at any time unless agreed otherwise.
•  I require reference tracks (such as the original song for your cover, or a playlist of inspirations for the track you're looking to have made) before deciding to take on the commission; only giving a genre is not acceptable. If a specific description suffices in my opinion, then reference tracks may not be required.
•  You will be given files in 24-bit, 44.1kHz WAVE format upon completion unless otherwise asked. Stems can be provided on request. If you would like a different bit depth or sample rate, you must let me know before I begin.
•  I must always be credited by the name Neriful and with a link to the homepage of this site. If, for any reason, this must be adjusted, ask.
•  You must never take credit for any of my work no matter what. An extra fee will be applied if you would like to change my credit (not using a link, removing my name, etc.), but no one else may be credited for my work.
•  There may be an extra fee if you wish to use my work for commercial purposes. Please ask.I will not write/mix for songs...
•  That make use of heavily political or offensive theming
•  That make use of slurs (unless we have discussed otherwise)
•  For mixing, that do not have a reliable English translation; for music production, that are not primarily in English, Japanese, Hebrew or Toki Pona. Other languages in Bevel packs may be discussed.Payment
•  I take GBP (£) via PayPal, Ko-Fi or Stripe.
•  Unless there is an extremely strict deadline, I will ask to recieve money after I have finished my part. If you would rather pay in parts, I will usually prefer one part after finishing and the other whenever possible; please contact me for more information.
•  Stamp card balance relates to the amount I have recieved; not the amount that has been sent, nor the price of a service before negotiation. Any processing fees are not included. For more information, see here.
•  If either party cancels the commission before it's complete, I am permitted to use my own work without credit to the commissioner, even if a commercial fee has been paid.
•  If the commissioning party cancels the commission, they are not eligible for a refund.
•  I may adjust prices based on the conditions of your request.
•  I am willing to negotiate most prices within reason. Keep in mind that a negociated price applies only for that single commission, and further transactions might not have similar rates.
